Castle Cartons Limited, has over 55 years of industry expertise, and are known for high quality corrugated boxes and packaging, combined with a reliable and professional service. Our Birmingham based manufacturing facility, is supported by an in-house design studio and a dedicated fleet of vehicles, these factors allow us to maintain full control and flexibility from design to delivery. With skilled staff and advanced machinery, we continue to lead the way in corrugated packaging innovation.

Office Roof Upgrade
The office roof has been overclad, to improve the energy efficiency of the building. All the works have been carried out by Lane Roofing.

Factory Roof Replacement
The factory roof was completely replaced across 80% of the building, with the remainder being heavily upgraded. This has been done to improve the energy efficiency of the building. All the works have been carried out by Lane Roofing.

New Compactor installation
After many years of use, the original Kelpack compactor has been replaced with a new double compactor, two chopper fans and new ducting supplying the factory.

New DYSS CAD Table Installation
Our existing CAD table was replaced by a new state of the art DYSS X5 cutting table, supplied and installed by AG CAD.

Machine Installation
A fully reconditioned Marumatsu SM-1612v was installed by ID Machinery. This Machine is in addition to our existing machinery, and has opened up the ability to produce larger flat bed die-cuts on sites, keeping tooling costs lower for shorter run jobs.
