Divisions & Layer Cards
We can manufacture layer cards and division sets using high quality corrugated material. These can provide a simple and sturdy solution for separating and protecting products. Division sets can be supplied either assembled, or unassembled depending on your needs. In addition, we can also offer locked assembled solid board divisions, these are ideal for smaller applications, and come with the benefit of not falling apart as they are being packed.

Each code consists of a four-digit number that represents a specific box style. The FEFCO library covers various packaging types, from basic slotted boxes to intricate die-cut designs. By using these codes, businesses can easily identify and order the right packaging solutions
We Print
Printing enhances your boxes, from subtle logos to full coverage inside and out.
Castle Cartons specialise in Flexographic (Flexo) printing, which is ideal for medium to large runs of boxes. This method of printing gives us the versatility and accuracy to produce high quality print enhancing your boxes appeal, while not adversely affecting the cost of the box. We can offer up to four-colour printing with a wide range of colour options to match your branding requirements. In house quality checks before, during, and after production ensure a high level of accuracy and consistency.
We can also offer Lithographic, Silk Screen, and Digital printing options, as your product may require.
State of the Art Sampling
Our experienced design team utilises a state of the art CAD table and specialised industry software to develop and produce pre-production samples. This service allows our customer to experience, test and analyse physical samples of the designs, allowing for any alterations to be made to suit your requirements, before committing to a production run. This advanced technology, alongside our wealth of knowledge ensures precision and accuracy from design through to manufacturing.
