Personal Consultation
Our Account Managers will visit you to discuss your packaging requirements, whether this is for standard corrugated boxes, or more complex packaging. They will then communicate your requirements to our in house design and estimating team.
Delivery
Our fleet of vehicles enables us to fully control and meet the diverse needs of our customers. From 7.5 tonne trucks to an articulated vehicle with 40ft trailers, we have the right lorry for the job, whatever the quantity or location.
We Supply
Assembled Locked Divisions
As an alternative to our corrugated divisions, we can supply assembled locked divisions made from 100% recycled solid board. These sturdy, pre-assembled inserts are ideal for providing enhanced protection and organisation for a variety of products. They are particularly useful for industries that require secure compartmentalisation, such as glassware or electronics packaging. Their durable, eco-friendly construction makes them a sustainable choice without compromising on strength and reliability.
Pallet Packs & Pallets
Our pallet packs are a strong and reliable solution for transporting bulk goods. Designed to fit standard pallets, they provide extra protection during shipping and storage, helping to prevent damage. Whether you need to move large quantities of products or secure items for transit, our pallet packs make handling more efficient.
We can supply a variety of pallets in different grades and sizes.
Castle Cartons will also collect any good quality empty pallets that you no longer require.
Tapes & Tape Guns
We stock a range of packaging tapes and tape guns to suit different needs, this includes an environmentally friendly brown paper tape, and a standard clear tape, both are suitable for sealing your boxes securely. Whether you need a strong adhesive for shipping or a reliable option for general packaging, we have the right tape for the job. We can also supply tape branded to your requirements on request.
